![]() Systems Implementer TradeTec Computer Systems Ltd., a North American leader in Forest Industry inventory applications, is accepting resumes for Implementation Specialists with a background in business technology, who enjoy challenges, and possess a technical skill set. The Implementation Specialist will provide application consulting services to customers, facilitate business process review sessions including gap analyses, escalate client issues to Project Managers, participate in project planning sessions, provide training related to implementing and utilizing our software products, and customer support with application issues. Candidates who have completed a post-secondary degree, diploma or certificate are preferred. Knowledge of data conversion, business process review, and/or software development processes are an asset.
