In response to dynamic and growing business opportunities, our staffing requirements continue to expand. Our Edmonton office currently is accepting applications for the position of Inventory Specialists.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

The successful applicant will support and facilitate resource inventory projects within Canada. Specific responsibilities may include:

  • Photo delineation, photo interpretation, field work and orthotransfer;
  • Softcopy technology application;
  • Participation in our Quality Management System and application of quality control procedures.

Inventory staff works closely with other consulting staff across Timberline's offices and with key contacts in allied companies across Canada. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

  • A degree or diploma in forestry or equivalent natural resource discipline, or significant directly related experience;
  • Valid AB Drivers License;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Familiar with forestry technological tools and computer software;
  • Recent safety training certificates in First Aid, WHMIS, bear awareness training, ATV/snowmobile rider safety, are to be considered assets.
